Before relying and giving your trust, you must be 100% sure that they have no kind of commitment to anyone, physical or emotional. They must be 100% free to commit to you to build a relationship with you that leads to marriage. You should also have a clue as to the possible challenges you will meet and your observation and conversations with them should have given you answers as to how to navigate these things. People deal with attraction. At this stage, you are simply drawn by what you can see to who you don't know. Make no decisions. No haste please. You like what you see but there's more to the person than eyes can see. You like what you see but who you see may be taken or may not like you or many other factors. You are drawing close enough to see past what attracted you and to meet their essence.
The error most people make at this stage is to allow attention breed affection. Hold that heart of yours and don't fantasize what has not been understood‼️ Use attention to investigate details about rthem and not to invest your emotions into the idea of them. When dating or courting, ask probing questions. The answers you get and the manner in which the answers come are all going to form your opinion. Watch them closely also and put one and two together beyond what they say. For instance, this is when to ask about their salvation experience, how long they have been safed, who pastors them, who they listen to, the books they have read and if they have an Ex or Exs. This is also the right time to ask their opinion on all the life issues that matter to you, polygamy, socializing, gaming, betting, gambling, drinking, smoking, living abroad, money etc. Be certain that they are not committed, blind or obligated to anyone or any relationship. Be certain also that you both have received valuable counselling and have discussed in such a way that you are on the same page regarding the core values you both hold dear.
Finally, be sure that this is a person you trust if you don't want to be an investigator for the rest of your life‼️...✍️
